Bradford boss Phil Parkinson is still looking for his first win after his side lost a two-goal lead to draw 2-2 at Burton.

Kyel Reid wreaked havoc as Bradford flew out of the blocks to score twice in the first 16 minutes. The midfielder scored the first himself with a fierce shot from the edge of the area after a beating two opponents in a winding run in the sixth minute.

Then Reid turned provider with a low cross that was stabbed home from close range by James Hanson, but Burton clawed their way back to level terms by half-time.

Billy Kee pounced on a Jimmy Phillips to reduce the deficit from eight yards in the 38th minute.

The Burton striker's blushes were then spared after he missed an open goal in stoppage time.

In the scramble that followed, Adam Bolder's shot was handled by Robbie Threlfall and Justin Richards stepped up to score his ninth of the season from the penalty spot.

Chances were far and far between in the second half as the pace as both teams flagged in the heat. The best opportunity fell to City's Adam Reed, who had a slow shot turned round a post by Ross Atkins in the 63rd minute.
