Barnett: To return after ban

Team news ahead of Saturday's League Two clash between Accrington Stanley and Crewe at the Crown Ground.

Stanley boss John Coleman is boosted by the return of midfielder Charlie Barnett for the home clash.

Barnett is available again after serving a three-match ban following his straight red card against Barnet at the beginning of the month.

Nat Taylor, meanwhile, is still in the middle of the 35-day ban he received after being sent off for Accrington and Rossendale College last season - before he had penned professional terms.

Goalkeeper Ian Dunbavin has a slight calf strain but should be available as Stanley seek to extend their unbeaten to six matches.

Coleman's men held high-flying Rotherham to a 1-1 draw in midweek and the Stanley boss said: "I was pleased with our performance and if we can improve our cutting edge going forward, we can be a match for anyone."

Railwaymen boss Dario Gradi is set to be boosted by the return of Ashley Westwood for the trip.

The influential midfielder missed the Railwaymen's 1-0 defeat at Burton on Tuesday after feeling unwell the night before the game.

But Westwood returned to training in the latter part of this week, giving Gradi a welcome boost ahead of the clash at the Crown Ground.

Elsewhere, defender Dave Artell is expected to miss the game as he continues his recovery from a hamstring injury suffered in the build-up to the game with Barnet last weekend.

Crewe have no other new injury concerns as they seek to bounce back from their midweek defeat, which ended a run of four straight wins.
