A North West derby to whet the appetite is the order of the day in League Two as leaders Rochdale make the short trip to in-form Bury, a game that can be seen live on Sky Sports 1. Dale's promotion push shows no sign of slowing while Bury have picked up following a sluggish start to the campaign to be in the reckoning themselves. Shakers boss Alan Knill has seen his side's injury problems ease ahead of what is always a tasty all-Lancashire affair. Striker Andy Bishop has been given the all-clear to train from Monday but the televised clash against Keith Hill's side will come too soon for him. Bishop, who has been kept out with knee, groin and abductor muscle injuries, will be a major boost to the Shakers' promotion hopes when he is fully match fit. Fellow frontman Danny Carlton has been sidelined with a long-term Achilles injury but he spent last week at Lilleshall and is now expected back in full training at the end of February. Knill, who has no further injuries or suspensions, said: "The outcome of this match is not going to decide the season but both teams will want to win."

Rochdale manager Hill will assess the fitness of defender Tom Kennedy ahead of Monday's game. The left-back picked up a knock and was replaced midway through the second half of Tuesday's goalless home draw against Port Vale but Hill is hopeful he will be passed fit. Blackburn goalkeeper Frank Fielding is set to make his second debut for the club having returned on loan due to the expiration of Tom Heaton's deal. Fellow new arrivals Will Atkinson and Tope Obadeyi are also available having arrived on Saturday, with Hill boasting no other major injury concerns. But the Dale boss will be without winger Will Buckley after he joined Watford for an undisclosed fee earlier this week.
