Whites welcome Glovers to Elland Road

Leeds United midfielder Bradley Johnson is back in contention for the Whites' must-win home clash with Yeovil Town. Johnson missed the weekend draw at Bristol Rovers due to a one-game ban and could go straight back into the starting line-up if Neil Kilkenny fails to make it. Kilkenny required stitches in a cut head sustained at the Memorial Stadium and Simon Grayson rates him as doubtful. David Prutton provides the manager with an alternative option. Bristol City striker Lee Trundle, involved in his final match before he is due to return to Ashton Gate, is likely to start on the substitutes' bench with Jermaine Beckford and Luciano Becchio resuming up front. Andy Robinson (hamstring), Frazer Richardson (calf) and Andrew Hughes (hamstring) remain sidelined, but are all expected to return within the next month. Leeds dropped out of the top six last Saturday following Bristol Rovers' late leveller coupled with Scunthorpe United's 2-1 success over Stockport County.

      Yeovil team news

Yeovil player-manager Terry Skiverton is hoping his side will be boosted by the return of three players from injury. Craig Alcock (ankle), Lee Peltier (ankle) and Nathan Smith (knee) are all expected to return to the squad after injuries which ruled them out of Saturday's 1-1 draw with Carlisle. On-loan Spurs teenager Danny Hutchins made his Yeovil debut at right-back in place of Alcock on Saturday while scorer Gary Roberts was recalled in midfield in the absence of Peltier, and both will hope to keep their places despite the possible returns of those they replaced. Centre-back Skiverton (foot) has been ruled out by injury since assuming his new role as Glovers boss last month.
