Guingamp's Mustapha Yatabare scored a penalty and saw another saved in a dramatic end to his side's draw with Bastia.

Guingamp striker Mustapha Yatabare scored a penalty and then saw another saved in a dramatic end to his side's home draw with Bastia. Yatabare stroked home an 87th-minute spot-kick to cancel out Wahbi Khazri's 46th-minute opener only to then miss the chance to seal all the points in injury time. The Mali international aimed his penalty into the same bottom right-hand corner but goalkeeper Mickael Landreau this time read his intentions to make the save. Yatabare has scored all four of Guingamp's goals since their return to Ligue 1 this season - firing a double to secure their first home win against Lorient last time out at Stade du Roudourou. He was left red-faced after this game, however, although Guingamp had scarcely deserved their point before their late penalties. Ryad Boudebouz made his Bastia debut after a decade at Sochaux, where he rose through the youth ranks, and busied himself early. He freed Khazri for a shot the Tunisian fired wide before Claudiu Keseru latched on to the midfielder's cross only to head wide. Ilan powerfully shot over, after good wide play from Kesuru, and while Bastia could not find the target in the first half their reward came almost immediately after the break. Khazri was given a sight of goal thanks to Kesuru's pass and he took full advantage blasting a 25-yard shot into the top corner. Bastia looked most likely to score again as Khazri curled a right-footed shot inches wide before Keseru's free-kick was just as close. But Guingamp were given their late chances to steal the points as first Drissa Diakite hauled down Christophe Mandanne to allow Yatabare to equalise. Yatabare was then literally handed the chance to win the game, Fethi Harek whistled for handball, but this time veteran Landreau was not beaten.
