Falkirk netted four times in the final 21 minutes as new Bairns boss Gary Holt celebrated his first match in charge with a comfortable 4-0 victory over lowly Cowdenbeath.
Veteran defender Darren Dods opened the scoring on 69 while Craig Sibbald added a second nine minutes later, with Sean Higgins claiming a brace in the closing stages - the first of these from the penalty spot.
Dods, who turns 38 in June, broke the deadlock from 12 yards before Sibbald blasted home a loose ball after the visiting defence had failed to clear Liam Rowan's low cross.
Higgins made it 3-0 from 15 yards, after Jay Fulton had been brought down by Jamie Stevenson, with the same player scoring his second of the afternoon after breaking clear of Cowdenbeath's offside trap.
Falkirk now head into next week's Scottish Cup semi-final against Hibernian on the back of four straight wins in Division One.
