Team news ahead of Saturday's League One clash between Brentford and Hartlepool at Griffin Park.

Brentford have no new injury problems as they look to maintain their recent fine form against the basement boys. Boss Uwe Rosler saw his side come from behind to beat Coventry City 2-1 on Tuesday night, taking their record to just one defeat in their last eight matches. Harry Forrester netted both goals against the Sky Blues, including a stoppage-time penalty, and the attacking midfielder will be one of the first names on Rosler's teamsheet to tackle Pools. On-loan striker Jimmy Spencer is pressing for a start after making his debut as a second-half substitute in midweek, but loan youngster Ryan Fredericks has been recalled by Tottenham. Forward Farid El Alagui (knee) remains the only long-term injury problem at the club. The forward is sidelined for a lengthy period after suffering a serious knee injury in a collision with Crawley goalkeeper Paul Jones during their league meeting. Hartlepool caretaker-manager Micky Barron will be boosted by the return of Paul Murray and Evan Horwood. Barron, placed in temporary charge following the midweek resignation of manager Neale Cooper, has no new injury or suspension problems. Midfielder Murray is available following a calf injury that has kept him out of the last two matches, while Horwood has missed the last three games due to a heel problem. Defender Peter Hartley (foot) returned from injury in the midweek defeat at Bury, which prompted Cooper's resignation. But on-loan Middlesbrough striker Charlie Wyke is back at his parent club receiving treatment on a badly gashed ankle and midfielder Andy Monkhouse remains a long-term absentee with an ankle ligament injury. Barron, in his second spell as caretaker, is bidding to steer his side to their first win in 12 league matches.
