Image: Oster: Faces late fitness test

Team news ahead of Saturday's FA Cup first-round clash between Barnet and Oxford at Underhill Stadium.

Barnet will hand a late fitness test to John Oster after the midfielder was forced off with an ankle injury at the weekend as the Bees beat Chesterfield 1-0. Barnet joint head coach Mark Robson will give Oster every chance of proving his fitness ahead of the game. Collins John is edging nearer a return to the first team after injury, and could be involved in the squad, but the game comes too soon for Ricky Holmes, who is battling back from an ankle problem. Curtis Weston (thigh), Ishmail Kamara (shoulder), Steve Kabba and Danny Senda (both knee) remain absent. Robson may rotate the side ahead of Tuesday night's league game with Torquay, but will not make too many changes as the Bees look to continue their three-match unbeaten run. Oxford boss Chris Wilder will be forced into changing his starting line-up after two loanees were denied permission to feature. Rotherham centre-back Johnny Mullins and Brighton attacking midfielder Jake Forster-Caskey are not available for Wilder but Swindon have allowed Lee Cox to feature against a Bees side currently nine places below them in npower League Two. Mullins could be replaced by fellow central defender Michael Raynes who is available again having served his one-game suspension for his fifth yellow card of the season. Oxford have struggled on the road this season, winning just two of their eight League Two away games but they have never lost to Barnet in the six meetings between the sides. James Constable scored the winning goal in a 2-1 victory when the sides last met back in February at The Kassam.
