Burnley await winners in fifth round of FA Cup

Arsenal take on Cardiff at Emirates Stadium on Monday with a place in the fifth round of the FA Cup up for grabs. The draw for the quarter-finals has already taken place but Arsenal and Cardiff are still two stages further back after the initial game at Ninian Park finished as a draw and the replay that was scheduled for 2nd February was called off due to bad weather. The winners will entertain Burnley next before a possible meeting with either Sheffield United or Hull City in the last eight. Arsene Wenger's Gunners may regard the FA Cup as their most likely source of silverware this season, with their Premier League title hopes fading rapidly in recent weeks. Arsenal's main problem has been a lack of cutting edge but Wenger remains convinced that his men will rediscover their best form.

Eduardo in contention

New signing Andrey Arshavin is ineligible, having only completed his move from Zenit St Petersburg on deadline day. Eduardo could feature after returning to fitness, although he has been on the sidelines for almost a year and is unlikely to start. Gael Clichy is expected to play following a head wound but Aaron Ramsey is doubtful for the match against his former club due to a knee problem. Emmanuel Eboue is suspended and Abou Diaby (thigh), Emmanuel Adebayor (hamstring), captain Cesc Fabregas (knee), Theo Walcott (shoulder) and Tomas Rosicky (hamstring) are all out.
Enckelman out
Cardiff made it through to the final of last season's competition and will be confident of claiming Arsenal's scalp after an encouraging performance in the goalless draw at home last month. The Bluebirds have won their two Championship games since to boost their chances of gaining promotion to the top flight. Dave Jones' men will also be fresh having not played for more than a fortnight, although they have lost Stephen McPhail to injury. Gabor Gyepes and Peter Whittingham are back in contention after recovering from knocks. Tom Heaton will start in goal as Peter Enckelman is out for two months with a knee injury.
