Anna Woolhouse is joined by Marc Priestley and Mark Gillan to discuss the major talking points from the Singapore Grand Prix.

The battle for the 2014 Drivers’ Championship had hardly been short of dramatic twists and turns before last weekend’s Singapore GP delivered yet another one, this time in the favour of Lewis Hamilton’s title aspirations.

For the first time since May, Hamilton heads the standings after winning at Marina Bay after a race in which team-mate Nico Rosberg didn’t even take the start from the grid, so is it the Briton who now holds the ace cards for the final five rounds?

The state of play in the compelling all-Mercedes duel – plus the unreliability of the W05 which continues to offer Red Bull and Daniel Ricciardo a glimmer of title hope – is central to the debate in the latest edition of F1 Midweek Report in which Anna Woolhouse is joined by former McLaren mechanic Marc Priestley and ex-Williams Chief Operations Engineer Mark Gillan.
