Wesley Harms and Tony O'Shea will meet in the last four of the BDO World Championship for a second straight year after both won their quarter-final matches on Thursday.
O'Shea, who won the clash in 2012 before being beaten in the final, defeated Robbie Green 5-3 while Harms claimed a 5-2 win over Darryl Fitton.
The first set of Harms' clash with Fitton went to a deciding leg, where the Dutchman hit a brilliant 161 checkout to take the upper hand.
Fitton had no problems hitting the maximums and levelled things up by winning the next set, with the following two sets also being shared between the two.
Harms stepped things up a notch in the fifth, however, winning six out of the next seven legs to go 4-2 up before completing the victory in the seventh set.
Much like his fellow beaten quarter-finalist, Green was a heavy scorer in the early stages of his clash with O'Shea, who edged ahead 2-1 after three sets.
Green twice fell two sets down but pegged things back at 3-2 and then 4-3, but veteran Stockport thrower O'Shea did enough to keep his nose in front and rounded things off in the eighth set.
Meanwhile, Lisa Ashton booked her place in the final of the women's tournament as she defeated Sharon Prins 2-0.
