Sky Bet's Chris Spicer goes through special markets for the Premier League play-offs

The final week of the 2011 Premier League sees the four best players in the world collide in what promises to be an epic night at Wembley Arena and Sky Bet have a range of specials for the event. Phil Taylor and Adrian Lewis will be the first to walk on to the Wembley stage as the reigning Premier League champion goes up against the current world champion. Taylor beat James Wade 10-8 in last year's final in a match that is still considered the greatest game of televised darts, after 'The Power' hit two nine-dart finishes - a nine-dart finish on Thursday night is available at 100/30. Adrian 'Jackpot' Lewis goes into his semi-final showdown against his mentor as a 9/2 outsider whilst Taylor is the red hot 1/7 favourite to win the first to eight legs clash. Taylor has generally had the measure of Lewis in recent encounters, although the current world champion was able to record a shock 8-2 win over the Premier League champion in week one of the tournament. A repeat of that score at Wembley is a massive 66/1.

Handicaps

The handicap winner market gives Lewis a 3.5 leg head start and he is 4/5 to win with that advantage. Phil Taylor is 10/11 to cover the spread, meaning he needs to win by 8-4 or more. If you do fancy a Taylor win then the 8-4 correct score is priced up at 5/1 whilst Taylor to win by 8-0 is available at 20/1. Gary Anderson is 8/15 to dispatch Raymond van Barneveld in the second semi-final whilst the Dutchman is a 6/4 shot. The 6/4 looks very tempting given that 'Barney' was able to see off Anderson in both league games this year, beating 'The Flying Scotsman' 8-5 and 8-4 in their two previous clashes. The 'Highest Checkout - Player' market seems to hold a bit of value for punters, van Barneveld is even money with Sky Bet to hit the highest finish of the match. This appears to be a massive price given that he has hit 15 finishes of 100 or more in his 14 league games, Anderson is 8/11 to score the highest checkout of the match and a Tie in this market is 25/1. The 'Name the Finalists' market sees a Phil Taylor v Gary Anderson final priced up at 8/11, whilst a repeat of the 2011 PDC World Championship final between Adrian Lewis and 'The Flying Scotsman' is 13/2. The final will take place on Thursday night after the conclusion of the semi-finals and Phil Taylor is a 4/11 shot to win the 2011 Premier League whilst Gary Anderson is 9/2 with Adrian Lewis and Raymond van Barneveld available at 10/1 each.A repeat of that score at Wembley is a massive 66/1
