England's Steve Cummings will ride for MTN-Qhubeka in 2015 after signing from BMC Racing.
The 33-year-old, who won the Tour Mediterraneen in February, will move on January 1.
He is the latest in a raft of new signings made by the South African squad, following the likes of Edvald Boasson Hagen, Theo Bos, Tyler Farrar and Serge Pauwels.
Cummings said: “I’m delighted and especially excited to have signed with MTN-Qhubeka. I really can’t wait to be part of this project and meet up with the team.
“There is a wonderful group of riders that have already enjoyed success, and with the new wave of exciting signings, I feel sure I can help add to this.”
The move will see Cummings step down to cycling’s second tier, UCI Pro Continental, after five years at WorldTour level with Team Sky in 2010 and 2011 and then BMC Racing from 2012-2014.
He added: “I see it as a positive progression, despite having been on WorldTour teams the last few years. I hope to improve even more next year and also race for stage and road race wins."
