Andrew Fenn is set to make his Grand Tour debut
Great Britain's Andy Fenn will make his Grand Tour debut when he lines up for Omega Pharma - Quick-Step at the Vuelta a Espana, which starts on Saturday.
The 23-year-old Scot, who rides for the same Belgian team as Mark Cavendish, has been given the opportunity to ride in the Spanish three-week race, the year's final Grand Tour, alongside world time trial champion Tony Martin, of Germany.
Cavendish rode in the year's first two Grand Tours, the Giro d'Italia and Tour de France, and takes a break as Omega Pharma - Quick-Step target stage victories through other riders.
The race which begins in Vilanova de Arousa in north-western Spain on Saturday with a team time trial - also a target for Omega Pharma - Quick-Step - and concludes in Madrid on September 15.
