The crowd at the MCG was treated to some great entertainment during the tea-break on the second day of the fourth Ashes Test between Australia and England.
Controversial journalist Piers Morgan faced an over in the nets from former Australia fast bowler Brett Lee.
Morgan has been highly critical of England's batsmen on Twitter during the series and wanted to show them how it is done.
However, he was forced to duck and dive in the face of some rapid deliveries from Lee and was hit several times before being clean bowled.
He later tweeted: "Full injury list post @BrettLee_58 showdown - cracked wrist, bruised rib, and massive egg on back of head from...the throw-down guy.
"For the record, I didn't actually see a single one of @BrettLee_58 's deliveries. But I felt 4 of them crashing into my flesh."
Morgan did, however, take some pleasure from England's performance on the field as they reduced Australia to 164-9 at stumps.
He added: "Encouraging to see my courage under fire from @BrettLee_58 has spurred England to put up a fight. I should have done it earlier."
