Scotland successfully chased down 114 to claim a seven-wicket victory over the United Arab Emirates in the ICC Intercontinental Cup in Sharjah.
All-rounder Richie Berrington's first-innings 110 set the match firmly in Scotland's favour and he followed up with a timely 42 not out on day four, as the Scots finished on 117-3.
Madjid Haq, who finished with 3-72 as the UAE were bowled out for 318, also contributed 39no.
The UAE resumed on 286-7, looking to eat up time and add vital runs to the Scottish chase.
Fayyaz Ahmed lasted nearly 10 overs for 10 before Safyaan Sharif had him caught by Berrington and the same bowler sent back Amjad Javed for 15 two overs later.
Mohammad Tauqir was last man out to Haq, leaving a chase of 114.
Ewan Chalmers departed for a duck, bowled by Arshad Ali, to get the reply off to a shaky start and Preston Mommsen made just 13 before offering a return catch to Fayyaz Ahmed.
It was 40-3 when Ryan Flannigan went for 17 but that brought together Haq and Berrington, who added an unbroken stand of 77.
There were three boundaries and two sixes from Haq, with five fours and a single maximum from Berrington.
