Karn Sharma has been ruled out of India's forthcoming limited overs tour of Zimbabwe due to a finger injury.

However, the BCCI will not be naming a replacement for the leg-spin bowler who will miss three ODIs and two T20 matches - all in Harare.

A statement by the BCCI reads: "Our medical team confirms that Karn Sharma has been ruled out of India's tour of Zimbabwe.

"Karn has fractured his left middle finger. There will be no replacement for him for the Zimbabwe tour."
