England welcome back Alastair Cook, Kevin Pietersen, Graeme Swann and Stuart Broad to their line-up for Tuesday's penultimate warm-up against Australia A in Hobart.
Captain Cook missed the tour opener against Western Australia with a back problem while Pietersen was not risked after arriving late in the country having attended a memorial service in South Africa.
Like Cook, Broad sat out the drawn match with a back problem while Swann was rested as part of the England coaching staff's 'management of the bowler's workload'.
Cook will use the match, and the final warm-up against a New South Wales XI in Sydney next week, to decide who bats at No 6 and who will be the third fast bowler for the opening Test at Brisbane on November 21.
"It is very exciting because everyone in the squad now knows the competition is there and that competition is growing between players.
"If someone grabs the opportunity then he is going to find himself in a very good place."
