Yuvraj Singh gave the India selectors a timely reminder of his batting ability ahead of the forthcoming Test series with England by scoring 208 on his return to first-class action.
The left-handed all-rounder, playing his first match for North Zone since being treated for cancer, struck 33 boundaries and three sixes to help his side to 451 batting first against Central Zone.
Yuvraj has not represented India in Test cricket since November 2011 when he was part of the side which defeated West Indies 2-0 on home soil.
England arrive in India later this month and will contest a four-Test series, starting in Ahmedabad on November 15.
Yuvraj, 30, has played 37 Tests since his international debut in 2000, scoring 1,775 runs at an average of 34.80.
