Sprint star Yohan Blake was at Lord's on Thursday to watch England take on South Africa.
The 22-year-old has enjoyed his time in London this summer, claiming two silver medals and a gold inside the Olympic Stadium during a memorable 2012 Games.
The speedster finished second to fellow Jamaican Usain Bolt in the 100 and 200metres before being part of his nation's all-conquering 4 x 100m relay team that not only beat a talented USA outfit to the title but also smashed the event's world record.
Away from the track, though, Blake, nicknamed 'The Beast', is a huge cricket fan and had the honour of ringing the bell at Lord's on Thursday to signal the start of the day's play.
However, Blake's work didn't end there as he also caught up with legendary West Indies seamer Michael Holding on the outfield at tea, a meeting which you can see by hitting the video at the top of the screen.
Plus, the reigning World 100m champion joined Michael Atherton and Nasser Hussain for a stint in the Sky Sports commentary box. Find out if our boys could keep up with Blake here.
