Mark Wallace (22) and Nathan McCullum (20) were the only other Glamorgan players to make it into double figures.
Mohammad Azharullah led the way for the Steelbacks with the ball, taking 4-16. The seamer conceded just six runs from his first three overs as Glamorgan collapsed from 70-1 in the 10th over.
David Willey finished things off with three wickets in the final over, McCullum the second of them having struck three of the eight fours the Welsh side managed.
Northamptonshire's reply saw Richard Levi run out early on for seven, but Australian White anchored their innings to perfection with five fours and three sixes.
Steven Crook weighed in with 23 and although he was dismissed with the finishing line in sight, Willey came out to help see his county home.
