Stevens: still at the zenith
Darren Stevens took a break from smashing maximums this week - but he still leads the Sky Sports Sixes League!
The Kent batsman - who won the July crown after cracking 14 sixes during the month - holds a lead of three over closest challenger Kevin O'Brien.
Gloucestershire star O'Brien will have designs on leapfrogging Stevens, though, and proved his ability to clear the fence with three maximums during the last seven days, taking his season's tally to 24.
The biggest hitter of the week, however, was Glamorgan swashbuckler Gareth Rees.
The left-hander swatted four sixes in his innings of 90 in a CB40 contest against Nottinghamshire, an onslaught that not only propelled him into July's top 10 - but all the way up to second!
