New Zealand all-rounder Grant Elliott has joined Leicestershire for their NatWest T20 Blast this summer.
Elliott has signed an initial 10-match deal but that could be extended depending on his involvement in his country's tour of England in May and June.
The 35-year-old is Leicestershire's second overseas signing for 2015, following the capture of Australian seamer Clint McKay, who will play in all formats of the game for the county.
Elliott, currently playing at the World Cup in Australia and New Zealand, said: "I'm really excited to be a Fox this season and make some valuable contributions with both bat and ball.
"Leicestershire will have a new look for 2015 and I'm ready to play my part."
