Worcestershire wicketkeeper Ben Cox has become the fourth player to commit to the club this week by signing a new two-year contract.
Cox, who made his first-class debut in 2009 but has only established himself in the senior set-up this season, has a deal which runs through until 2016.
His contract was due to expire at the end of the season but he joins all-rounder Joe Leach, bowler Chris Russell and batsman Tom Fell in extending their time at New Road.
Cox said: "I am over the moon to sign the new contract. Signing for two years gives me a bit of security now.
"I'm just pleased that I've taken my chance this year and that the club have rewarded me for my efforts. It is good that all the young players are signing and that everyone wants their future here - and now me."
Worcestershire director of cricket Steve Rhodes said: "In many ways you could say it is a breakthrough season because Ben has been consistent in his cricket so far this year, batting well and wicketkeeping well."
