Yorkshire's Will Rhodes will captain England U19s at the ICC World Cup in the UAE next month.
England will take on the hosts in their opening match on February 14, before playing Sri Lanka and New Zealand in the other group stage matches in Dubai.
If England progress further they could then go on to face one of fifteen other countries in the latter stages of the tournament.
EDP Head Selector David Graveney said: "This squad contains an exciting mix of young talent which we look forward to seeing perform on the world stage against top class opposition.
"It will be an excellent experience for these young players to develop their games in a world class environment, competing at the highest level in this prestigious tournament."
Dominic Sibley, who became the youngest player to score a double century in the county championship last season, is included in the squad.
