Nottinghamshire wicketkeeper Chris Read will captain England at the Hong Kong Sixes.
England won the tournament last year, with Hampshire's Dimitri Mascarenhas taking the player-of-the-tournament award.
Joining Read in a seven-strong squad are Glamorgan skipper Jamie Dalrymple, Kent's Darren Stevens, Derbyshire's Graham Wagg, Graham Napier of Essex, Peter Trego of Somerset and Sussex's Rory Hamilton-Brown.
Australia, Hong Kong, India, New Zealand, Pakistan, South Africa and Sri Lanka are the other sides who will take part at Kowloon Cricket Club from October 31-November 1.
