Sharks admits interest in Warwickshire all-rounder

Sussex are in talks with former England international Rikki Clarke about a potential move to Hove next season. The Warwickshire all-rounder is out of contract at the end of the season, and Sussex have told their county rivals that they wish to speak with Clarke about his future. "He is an outstanding cricketer and played very well against us at Arundel recently but all this does is puts us in a position to talk to Rikki," Sussex coach Mark Robinson told The Argus. Clarke has been in fine form for Warwickshire this season, taking 33 wickets at an average of 22 and scoring 350 runs at an average just under 27. He has played two Tests and 20 one-day internationals to his name, but has not played for England since 2006.
