Gavin Hamilton is back in the Scotland squad for the one-day international against Bangladesh in Glasgow on July 19, the first time he has been available since standing down as captain.
Durham batsman Kyle Coetzer and Middlesex prospect Josh Davey have also been named in a strong 14-man party, led by Gordon Drummond, for the game at Citylets Titwood ground.
Chief selector Iain Kennedy has been able to include most of the players that won five of their seven matches at the World Cricket League Division One tournament in Holland recently.
"We are looking forward to playing another Test-playing nation at home," head coach Peter Steindl said.
"We aim to continue the fighting spirit that we have demonstrated so far this season and look forward to the challenge that Bangladesh will provide us."
