Momentum in our favour, says Australia off-spinner

Debut sensation Jason Krejza believes his heroics on day two have helped open the door for Australia to claim a series-levelling triumph against India in Nagpur. The rookie off-spinner completed an eight-wicket haul, including five wickets in the space of 26 balls on the second afternoon, to help get the tourists back into a contest they must win in order to retain the Border-Gavaskar Trophy. India were bowled out for 441, having been 404-5 at lunch, and Simon Katich's unbeaten 92 then led Australia to 189-2 in reply. "It's a bit of a blur still," said Krejza after becoming just the third Australian to take eight wickets in an innings on Test debut.

Unbelievable

"I tried to keep doing what I was doing. I was happy to get the wickets. It's still unbelievable to me. "It was an important session this morning, we wanted to get a couple of wickets earlier, but it's definitely swung back into our favour. "We've got two batsmen who are very good and got us into a good position to win the game." Krejza admitted getting former India captain Rahul Dravid as his first Test wicket was all down to perfect planning. "The first wicket definitely was my most memorable and getting Rahul Dravid was great," he added. "I had worked it out in my mind and it came out as I had planned. "Ganguly's wicket was crucial. His wicket was a good one for me. There isn't much help bowling agaist left-handers and to get him we had to change our field a bit. "I gave myself more protection so that I could attack and got him."
