Derbyshire have announced that fast bowler Kevin Dean will retire from first-class cricket at the end of the season.
The 32-year-old, who has taken 401 first-class wickets, will appear for his home county for the final time against Warwickshire in Saturday's Pro40 clash.
Derbyshire head of cricket John Morris said: "Kevin has been a tremendous player for Derbyshire for many years and his retirement is a sad day for the club.
"At his peak he was undoubtedly one of the best bowlers in the country and unlucky not to play at a higher level."
