Phil Mustard has agreed a one-year contract extension with Durham that commits him to the Riverside for the next three seasons.
Wicketkeeper Mustard, 25, made his one-day debut for England during the recent tour of Sri Lanka and will return with the Test squad later this month.
The new deal is a reward for Mustard's strong performances in 2007, when he was named Durham's batsman and fielder of the year.
Batsman Kyle Coetzer - Durham's young player of the year - has also inked a one-year extension.
Head coach Geoff Cook said, "I'm delighted that Phil and Kyle have extended their contracts with us.
"They have both been involved with the club from a young age and it's great to have them with us as we continue to move forward."
