The England and Wales Cricket Board have reprimanded Essex batsman Grant Flower for smashing his bat into the stumps.
Flower, 36, removed the two remaining stumps in frustration after being bowled by Derbyshire's Michael Dighton in the second innings of the recent County Championship fixture.
The former Zimbabwean international was reported by umpires George Sharp and Barry Dudleston for a level one breach of the ECB's disciplinary code.
The reprimand will remain on his record for two years and any further level one breach in this period will result in an automatic imposition of three penalty points.
