The fly-on-the-wall special will give you a unique insight to just what James DeGale and George Groves have been through as they prepare to go into battle. For weeks now the Sky Sports cameras have been following the fighters as they build-up to This Is It, live on Sky Box Office HD this weekend. We have been trailing them in the gym, on their training runs, at home and out and about ever since their title double-header was announced. It means you will see 30 minutes of footage no-one else has seen and get right to the heart of the bad blood that boils between them. Behind The Ropes will bring you the emotion, the anticipation, the guts and determination that go into a fighter's preparations, as we count down to a bumper night of boxing. Following all the build-up to the grudge match that everyone's talking about, the show features exclusive footage from the amateur clash between the two former West London club mates - where George Groves upset James DeGale to start a bitter rivalry. There is never-before-seen footage of the explosive press conference when the match was first announced. Their controversial appearance on the Ringside set, Groves' training base in Miami with heavyweight champion David Haye, at home with his fiancée and all his big fight preparations. Meanwhile Olympic champion DeGale spends time in Harlesden with his family, training in an altitude chamber with the Tottenham players and in the Essex gym he shares with fitness freak trainer Jim McDonnell - in a fascinating insight into his personality and lifestyle.
