Amir Khan is rebuilding in the ring, with a new trainer on board, but life out of the ring is an amazing story.

An lone Olympic boxing medal winner in 2004, he has been in the public's eye from the first round, but does so much with them - and for them.

So, with no holds barred on the Britain's Best: The Gloves Are Off, where he, David Haye, Carl Froch, Anthony Ogogo and Johnny Nelson reveal all, it is a rare chance to see another side to Khan.

And you can also check out our interview with Khan about his kindness...

THE FANBASE - How did people take to him as soon as he picked up an Olympic medal?

THE FAMILY - How much does he need them to survive - in and out of the ring?

THE CHARITY - What does Amir do for the kids in Bolton? You'll be blown away.

THE CLOSING QUESTION - What is the one thing Amir would change in boxing?
