There's a mountain over here and we trek up and down it. The time before last I was up there and there was actually a bear not too far from us. I think I ran a personal best that day!
I wasn't too sure about going back up there but it's a great run - but it's so great for my stamina and general fitness training.
It's absolutely amazing for the cameras and TV crowds to come in and show people what you're doing. Especially for the people back home that don't see me much, it's great to see halfway through a training camp.
You do your one day of training, smile for the cameras and then you're back in to the rhythm preparing for your fight again.
There have been a lot of guys coming in to the gym for sparring. Mainly Mexicans but a Japanese fellow who is sparring with me at the moment.
There's a good quality of sparring in the gym right now and there's more coming in in the build-up to the fight.
I'm in there to put on a great show and give it my absolute all. I've trained so hard, worked so hard in the gym and I'll give it all I've got. I'm ready to go to the distance but if the opportunity arises and I see a weakness, I'll take him out of there.
