Jamie McDonnell's prize for a victory over Walberto Ramos in November will be a world bantamweight unification showdown with Tomoki Kameda.
McDonnell became a two-time world champion at Wembley in May when he stopped Tabtimdaeng Na Rachawat to claim the WBA title.
The 28-year-old makes the first defence of his title against Ramos in a huge card headlined by the grudge rematch between Nathan Cleverly and Tony Bellew at the Echo Arena in Liverpool on November 22 - live on Sky Sports Box Office.
McDonnell has now signed a pre-fight agreement to face Kameda, who puts his WBO title and his unbeaten record on the line against Mexican Alejandro Hernandez in Chicago on Saturday.
Promoter Eddie Hearn is happy to have secured McDonnell a shot at his Japanese rival as he heads into his clash with Ramos on the back of four consecutive knockout victories.

Cleverly's clash with bitter rival Bellew tops a star-studded card in Liverpool which also features Scott Quigg defending his WBA super bantamweight crown against Hidenori Otake.
Marco Antonio Periban should provide a tough test for James DeGale, whose super middleweight rival George Groves takes on Denis Douglin, while Olympic champion Anthony Joshua defends his WBC international heavyweight crown against veteran Michael Sprott in a British title eliminator.
