This weekend sees the latest installment of Prizefighter at its spiritual home of York Hall in Bethnal Green, with the third edition of the light-welterweights.

Age: 27
Record: 8-5-1
Danny is the current Southern Area champion following back-to-back wins against Chris Evangelou. Has managed to turn his career around after failing to win any of his first five fights.

Age: 27
Record: 3-0
Only made his debut in September last year and has a mountain to climb.

Liam Shinkwin

Record: 6-0-1
Liam went back to the amateurs after drawing third fight with Ibrar Riyaz, reached the ABA semis and has now come back to the paid ranks. Trained by Gary Logan, his father and uncle were also pros.

Matty lost his unbeaten record in his last fight, but was ill on the day of the fight. Says he should have pulled out, but had sold a lot of tickets. He's a big Southampton FC fan. Comes from fighting family and younger brother Andy is also a pro.

'Crash Bang' suffered the first defeat of his career to fellow contestant Liam Shinkwin last time out, and is on a revenge mission.

Chris will be fighting outside of Wales for the first time but with four of his seven wins coming by stoppage he is one to keep an eye on.

Charlie is an aggressive crowd-pleaser type, who hits hard to the body and models himself on Miguel Cotto. Charlie wears his grandfather's Arsenal shirt into ring when he boxes.

Tony is a wiry southpaw with a high work-rate, one of his sparring partners said "he's a nightmare, you can't get to him." He's going to have 'Pinto' on his shorts. His best mate Lewis Pinto, also a pro, hanged himself last June.
