Tyson Fury claims he is "99%" certain to take on David Haye in a huge domestic heavyweight showdown.

The unbeaten Mancunian has spent a good portion of the past year calling out Haye, whose June fight with Manuel Charr fell through when the Londoner injured a hand.

And, according to Fury, Haye's trainer and manager Adam Booth has given every indication he is next in line to take on the former WBA champion.

Fury, who was ringside to see James DeGale beat Stjepan Bozic on Saturday night, said: "I was minding my own business and I bumped into Adam Booth.

"We got him on camera and we asked him, 'why is the David Haye fight not being done?' He said, 'Do you want the fight?' and I said, 'two million percent.'

"He said, 'I can't see why this fight cannot be done.' So there it is from the horse's mouth. Adam Booth says he wants the fight. It is 99%."

Fury took his record to 21-0 with victory over Steve Cunningham in April - his first contest in the United States.
