Kell Brook will not be fazed by entering the ring as an underdog for the first time when he takes on IBF champion Devon Alexander next month.
The Sheffield stylist steps up to elite level for the first time to take on southpaw Alexander, who has already won titles at two different weights.
But the undefeated Brook has total belief that victory in Detroit will be his.
"This is the fight, the one I've dreamed of and the one I've trained for and there's no way I'm not coming home without that title."
"It's the first time in my career I've been the underdog but it doesn't matter to me," the 26-year-old said.
"He's the champion and people are expecting him to keep the title but we know differently. I'm going to show him - and the world - why people call me the Special One.
"This is the fight, the one I've dreamed of and the one I've trained for and there's no way I'm not coming home without that title.
"There's certain things that have happened in my life and it's destiny, it's just meant to be."
Rather than being intimidated by having to go to America to win the title, Brook believes doing it the hard way will make victory all the sweeter.
"I'm going over to his backyard but I wouldn't want it any other way," he added.
"Going to the champion's country and taking his title off him on his own patch is going to feel so good. It's going to be the icing on the cake going there to do the business.
"I've got to do whatever it takes to win, whether that's make it a dogfight or a technical fight. Whatever happens in that ring, the job will get done.
"I'm getting more confident by the day and by February 23 I'll be a man on a mission."
