Promising bantamweight Kal Yafai will take on Pio Antonio Nettuno of Italy in his first eight-round fight on Saturday.

Yafai will have his fifth fight in as many months on the Carl Froch-Yusuf Mack undercard since turning pro after failing to make the Olympic squad.

The 23-year-old has been hugely impressive in his first four fights, none more so than when stopping Scott Gladwin inside two rounds in Sheffield last month.

He will have his sixth and final bout of the year on the big December 15 bill at London's Olympia.

Kerry Hope, who takes on Darren Barker on that card, warms up with a six-rounder against Norbert Szekeres of Hungary in Nottingham.

Callum Smith makes his professional debut against Doncaster's durable James Tucker on Saturday while another crack amateur Martin J Ward returns to action in a four-rounder after missing an intended outing in Sheffield due to injury.
