Tony Bellew and Edison Miranda both came in under the limit at the weigh-in for Saturday's big light-heavyweight clash in North London.

The reigning British and Commonwealth champion will be looking to impress against the Colombian, who has been in with some notable names further down the scales.

Making the 12st 7lb limit was never likely to be a problem for either fighter, both tipping the scales a fraction inside.

And Bellew told Sky Sportshe intends to make a big statement on Saturday night.

"He's fighting a real light-heavyweight who's going to put it on him, he's going to feel what I've got and he's not going to like it," said the Evertonian.

"He doesn't know anything about me, doesn't even respect me, but he's going to find out who Tony Bellew is tomorrow.

"Every fight now is not just about winning, it's about how you win. Winning isn't enough any more, I have to look good winning

"Points isn't enough in this fight. I need something dangerous, I need people to understand I'm going to hurt Edison Miranda. If I stick to the gameplan there's going to pain, just tune in and watch.

"I'm gonna win, and look good winning."
