Manny Pacquiao's next opponent is likely to become known early next week.
The world number one and his team are currently mulling the possibility of rematches with Timothy Bradley, Juan Manuel Marquez and Miguel Cotto.
The latter is reportedly favourite with weight apparently no longer an issue, the popular Puerto Rican unable to do himself justice in their first clash in 2009 when he agreed a catchweight of 145lb.
Cotto has since been operating at light-middleweight, most recently giving Floyd Mayweather one of the toughest workouts of his career.
Cotto maybe considering an easier return to action but if he agrees to a December 1 rematch at around 150lb, it is likely Bradley would defend the WBO welterweight title he won from Pacquiao against Marquez at the earlier date of November 10.
