Sugar Ray Leonard believes Floyd Mayweather has an advantage heading into the May 2 super-fight against Manny Pacquiao.
Mayweather's highly-anticipated clash with Pacquaio at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas has captured the imagination of boxing fans and now one of the sport's legends has weighed in on the action.
The five-weight world champion has compared Mayweather's 47-0 record and Pacquiao's two defeats in his last five fights.
“Psychologically [Pacquiao] won’t think that, going into the ring, he has lost two fights," he told Sky Sports News.
“Mayweather has not lost at all. It will give him a little edge but not too much.
“You don’t know, one punch could end it all. One punch could turn the tables around.”

Leonard believes that Mayweather v Pacquiao is comparable to his 1987 bout against Marvin Hagler.
“I came out of retirement a couple of times and then I came back for Hagler," he said.
“It was a fight that people thought would be one-sided because I’d been out of the ring so long. I’d had one fight in five years, Hagler hadn’t lost in 11 years.
“He was a bigger man and had other attributes. But it lived up to expectations because no one thought I could go the distance.”
