Bradley Saunders and Anthony Joshua will headline a packed bill in Newcastle on April 4.
Local fighter Saunders targets his first major title when he challenges Dave Ryan for the Commonwealth light-welterweight belt at the Metro Arena, live on Sky Sports.
The Sedgefield boxer, who recently linked up with the Matchroom stable, extended his unbeaten record to 11 wins with a routine points victory over Ivans Levickis last month.
Joshua is also scheduled to have his 12th professional fight on the bill, but the exciting heavyweight must first get past Kevin Johnson at London’s 02 Arena on January 31.
The 25-year-old will try to become the first man to stop the tough American before heading to the north east, where he will take another step towards a major domestic clash later in the year.
On a busy undercard, cruiserweight Jon-Lewis Dickinson will face big-punching Scotsman Stephen Simmons, while his brother Travis defends his English light-heavyweight title.
Cruiserweight Simon Vallily, a 2010 Commonwealth Games gold medallist, and lightweight Charlie Flynn, another Commonwealth gold winner, will also be showcasing their ring skills.
