Last week was Chris Eubank so who else can follow in the Ringside Special footsteps then? It can only be... Nigel Benn.

The Dark Destroyer joined Adam Smith and Johnny Nelson to look back at his stunning career that has had ups and downs along the way.

The super-middleweight star has been in some of Britain's biggest ever fights and has lived with one of boxing's biggest rivalries, but Benn is now not only Down Under, but in a much better place.

But he still gets the emotions going and opens up as we look back at the time when boxing gripped the nation. You will hear him talk about...

CHRIS EUBANK - Who else do we discuss when it comes to the Dark Destroyer's big fights and and dare we say, future friends?

GERLAD McCLELLAN - One of the worst nights of his boxing life but he does not hold back when the time comes.

MICHAEL WATSON - Another emotional account as Benn hails the best of them all.

AND... NIGEL BENN - He reflects on life after boxing and that, like he did in the ring, may surprise you.

Tune in to Ringside Special - Nigel Benn from 7pm, Thursday, Sky Sports 1.
