We speak to Kell Brook about his long-awaited world title shot on this week’s Ringside.

The undefeated welterweight – who saw world title bouts with Devon Alexander fall through on three occasions – will take on IBF champ Shawn Porter on August 9 in California, USA..

We’ll get the latest from the Sheffield fighter on that fight - and how his preparations are going.

Two boxers who know all about world title fights will be joining us in the studio on Thursday, too.

Gary Lockett, who lost to Kelly Pavlik in 2008, and Brian Rose, who was stopped by Demetrius Andrade last month, will offer their thoughts on when is the right time for boxers to challenge for world titles and whether home advantage helps.

World super-middleweight contender Paul Smith and former heavyweight world champion Clinton Woods will also be in the studio, to share their verdicts on the latest boxing news.
