The Indiana Pacers are just one win away from reaching the Eastern Conference finals following their 93-82 victory over the New York Knicks.

George Hill led the way with 26 points and Paul George contributed 18 points, 14 rebounds and seven assists as the Pacers took a commanding 3-1 series lead.

Carmelo Anthony scored 24 points and JR Smith weighed in 19, but the Knicks fell well short and have it all to do ahead of game five at Madison Square Garden on Thursday.

The San Antonio Spurs edged into a 3-2 series lead by toppling the Golden State Warriors 109-91 in game five of their Western Conference semi-final.

Tony Parker had 25 points and 10 assists as the Spurs surged clear with dominant third and fourth quarters (29-21 and 26-19) to put themselves in the box seat heading into game six.
