Oscar Pistorius: Denies premeditated murder
Oscar Pistorius has been bailed at court in Pretoria, where his pre-trial hearing was adjourned until August 19.
The South African Paralympian appeared at Pretoria Magistrates' Court for the first time since he was bailed in February over the killing of his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp.
And magistrate Daniel Thulare agreed to postpone the hearing to allow both the defence and prosecution to conclude their investigations.
Pistorius is facing a trial for premeditated murder, a charge his lawyers want downgraded to culpable homicide.
The sprinter claims he shot his girlfriend dead in a "terrible accident" after mistaking her for an intruder.
Pistorius - bailed on the same conditions - is expected to stand trial later this year or early in 2014.
