Charles Tillman: Celebrates his touchdown
The Chicago Bears recorded just their second win in seven attempts with a 28-13 victory over the Arizona Cardinals to remain in the play-off hunt.
The Bears had suffered three successive defeats but their defence provided the platform for victory over the luckless Cardinals.
Charles Tillman returned an interception 10 yards for a score and Zack Bowman returned a fumble a yard for a touchdown.
Brandon Marshall also crossed for an 11-yard touchdown from Jay Cutler's pass, while Matt Forte rushed over from four yards.
"I can't even state how big this is. It is either win or you are done," said Bears defensive end Julius Peppers.
"We can't control what happens next week with other teams, but if we don't win today, we don't have a shot."
Having won their first four games of the season, the Cards have now lost for the 10th time in 11 outings.
Jay Feely slotted over two field goals for Arizona before Justin Bethel scored their only touchdown from an 82-yard run after Adrian Wilson had charged down Olindo Mare's field goal attempted.
