Green Bay clinched the NFC North title for the second straight season with a 21-13 victory over their divisional rivals Chicago.

James Jones had three touchdown receptions from Aaron Rodgers' passes to take his total for the season to 12, as the Packers moved to 10-4 on the season.

The Bears started the season 7-1 but have lost five of their last six games and at 8-6 are struggling to earn an NFL wild card berth.

Chicago started well with a 15-yard catch-and-run touchdown from Brandon Marshall, his 10th TD of the season, while misfiring Packers kicker Mason Crosby was woefully wide with a 43-yard field goal try, his 11th miss of the season.

But Green Bay rapidly found their passing game as Rodgers led an 85-yard drive that was completed by a 29-yard touchdown pass to Jones.

An interception by Casey Hayward - the rookie's sixth pick of the season - with 1:57 left in the half gave Rodgers the chance to hit Jones with an eight-yard pass - his 31st touchdown hook-up of the season.

After the break Rodgers repeated the trick, finding Jones from six yards out to set up a 21-7 lead.

Crosby's miserable season continued as he hit an upright from 42 yards and although Chicago twice forced their way into the red zone, twice they had to settle for Olindo Mare field goals, both from 34 yards.

Chicago's woeful third down conversion rate of 0/9 told its own story as the Bears slumped to a sixth straight defeat at the hands of their fierce rivals.
